Sound Design

The most important thing in movies is the sound and camera angle, which we talk about for weeks. But I think we've just come to the most important point. Sound.

The element that best reflects the subject is indistinct music. A movie gives the desired feeling if it is romantic if it is reflected in slow music.
We learned the elements of sound design. In this week's assignment, we choose a silent movie and add sound to the appropriate scenes of that movie. I don't like to watch silent movies. I find it difficult to understand the issues and I want to choose a romantic film for this week's homework. Films in the category of horror or tension are not my style.
I haven't decided to do it yet, but I'm thinking of doing one of the Sunrise: A Song of Two Humans (1927) or Coeur Fidèle (1923, Jean Epstein). I'm gonna change their story in both of them.

Foley, music, dialogue, voice over. I don't know how it will be because I don't have a studio room or soundproofing walls, but I like this kind of homework.  I really enjoy doing it. It is always better to learn something by trying. There will probably be some funny dialogues because I don't know exactly what those people are saying, but that's okay.

The movies I've been thinking of were taken between 1920-30. Therefore, the music I want to play in the background should belong to this year. Otherwise, if I put a piece of improper music on, I think it would be funny just not ironic. The two minutes I've done in which I can't create the feeling and the ambiance becomes completely meaningless.
If it is nature, the sound must be the sound of nature, the non-dialogue sounds and the silence is important parts of the sound.
