About This Week...
Adding Sound
The sound is the most important point in the movies.
Actors' movements can become even more effective with the current music or sound.
However, one of my favorite movie which is "About Schmidt", begins as a silent movie in general.
It's not a “noisy”, “distracted” movie. In the beginning, we can understand Schmidt's problem from his looks and attitudes. We can hardly notice what his problem is. Of course, ingenuity is the ability to capture the film without sound but this is the most "silent- close" film I've ever watched. That's why I can give it as an example. Although it was not completely silent, the animation "Wall-E", which was in the silent film category, impressed me a lot, and as I said, I think the important thing is to be able to give the message clearly, and of course, this is only done with beautiful shots.

Adapt This!
Maybe his acting wasn't so great, it could be a mediocre movie. I like the subject of this film because I like to watch all kinds of books and movies related to mental illnesses, crises and mind games.
Here is the official description of the movie.
In the book, the garden part was given quite important, but I almost didn't pay attention to the garden when I watched the movie. I think the importance of the garden in the film was not mentioned much.
I was more concerned with how opposed Johnny Depp was to the man I dreamed of in the book. I think this is the biggest problem. The place, the costume, the story is adapted in some way, but what we see in our minds cannot always be the same.
As I read the character created by the author, I felt a different way of watching the actor's acting. I think books would be better off as books because there is no chance of focusing too much on the subject as the film gives "movement".

Adapt This!
"Secret Window" (2004) is the movie that I cannot decide whether it is good or bad.
Based on the book by Stephan King.
Starring Johnny Depp.
Genre: Horror - Love
Here is the official description of the movie.
“ While in the process of an ugly divorce from his wife (Maria Bello), writer Mort Rainey (Johnny Depp) relocates to his remote cabin in upstate New York for solitude. Attempting to recover his mental health, Rainey has the misfortune of being found by John Shooter (John Turturro), a farmer who claims Rainey plagiarized his work. At first, Rainey ignores the accusations, but Shooter has no intention of quietly disappearing. Soon, Shooter becomes increasingly vicious in his quest for retribution.”
